and finally, we had our FIRST class bbq with the teachers. enjoyed ourselves loads and did funny stuff to entertain the teachers. mel should've been there. the guys sang "stand by me" and that's his number one! haha. Lester performed his super dumb magic trick that could trick the teachers, but certainly NOT us. haha.

we waddled in the baby pool without the sercurity gaurds catching us doing so (: haha. well, sadly, edmundo got pushed into the pool by "i don't know who" and was totally drenched.. poor guy had to go home soaking wet!

then we went up to calina's place and snapped some crazy pics. one was taken in her room:

and the other was just meiping, calina and myself doing some dumb pose. we were acting like REAL mountain tortoises when we went to calina's place.. taking pics here, there and everywhere:

kudos to the cooks: rudi, yuyang, renkai, jiajie, kaiwen! the food was DE-licious! kudos to calina's mom too, for the preparation of the food. the night ended kinda scarily when we found out teng ming and kai wen were drunk. man, its NOT fun having to take care of your drunk friends. had to drag them home and all. i felt like some mother hen forcing them to go home.

project STAR - Launched. Project work group NY 103 proudly presents, project STAR. Sort Them And Recycle. 2 recyclables collection centres were set up at blocks 302 and 319 of Serangoon Ave 3 this morning. i was hard work. we go from door-to-door to publicise our project and to give out flyers to the 2 blocks while others have the comfort of the aircon in the airport to conduct surveys. (trishy, that's you! enjoy the aircon when you can!)

conducting this experiment is HARD and TEDIOUS work, but its worth it. today was loadsa fun for my group. i'll show it using pictures (:

it was a fun experience going door-to-door publicising. [the guys took block 302 and melody and i took block 319] it shows the residents our sincerity and at the same time, make fun of people's door bells. melody and i sang to tunes of musical door bells while waiting for people to answer the door. had fun frantically trying to press the door bells of some.

(clearly, they were not in working condition) all in all, it was a fruitful day. bonded with the group and most of all, enjoyed ourselves.

and *poof* she's married. my cousin just got married yesterday. time flies past so quickly, and its around this point of time when you start attending your cousins' weddings. [this means we're all getting older] first, its michelle. then at the end of this year, its alice. who'll be next? haha. the wedding dinner was held at the fullerton last night. snapped a few pics outside the ballroom. didn't take much pics though. but i'll post up one with denise and my mom.

i trusted you as a friend. a good friend. one of my besties. and you could still do something against me behind my back? i saw the evidence. doesn't mean that when i'm not around, means you can do ANYTHING to gain popularity even though its at the expense of your best friend. i trusted you. i shared secrets with you. yet, this is what i get back in return.

well, that's just the first person. sadly, there's one more. who used to be one of my best friends as well. i don't have the guts to say it out to you cuz i'd rather leave things the way they are. with me pretending not to know anything, i can assure you we won't end up quarrelling. you can say that i'm really mean by not talking to you anymore, but i just wanna make sure i don't continue hurting me.

tell me what is SO wrong with talking to you ALOT in the past? we were really good friends. the moment we spoke, i could almost assure that i couldn't have a complete conversation with you. someone else would just RUDELY pull you away. ALWAYS. how coincidental is that? its done on purpose, i tell you...

though you don't really watch your own actions and what you say to others, it STILL does hurt others around you. for me, i've been hurt too much. so i decided to let go.

you never appreciated the stuff i did for you. things that not any other friend would sacrifice for you. just you. ever wondered why i helped? cuz you were my really really good friend. yet, you don't show appreciation. yet, you ASSUME i'd continue helping you throughout the rest of the 2 years until we graduate. NO. i just showed you, i could choose not to help you today. yes, you got into trouble. but its because of YOUR own actions, that you got into trouble.

in life, if you wanna trust people, you NEED to be trusted as well! you can't just assume that things will go fine every single day. life is full of ups and downs. people come and go. we had our share of close friendship (sadly only for 4 months) and now, i'm gone. you must have wondered why i suddenly stepped out of your life. even though i see you everyday and its really hard to work with someone you are really mad with, i will do the necessary to stop myself from getting hurt.

you just don't get it. you never did. and i just hoped, and hoped that one day, you'd see the big picture.
